Cancellation and Missed Session Policy (Please Read)

1. Session Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before your Appointment – No Charge.

2. Sessions that are missed or canceled less than 24 hours before the Appointment are charged Full Session Rate, but can be made up at No Charge ($0.00) – when make-up session is completed within three days following the original Appointment. 

3. Again – There is No Charge ($0.00) for a missed or canceled Appointment if a Make-Up Appointment is made and completed within three days of the Original Appointment.

Emergency Cancellations:

• If severe weather conditions prevent an in-person appointment, a video or phone session may be substituted, or you may reschedule for a later day and time.

• If you become sick, injured, or physically unable to come, or if you are attending to a seriously ill or injured family member, there is No Cancelation Charge ($0.00) if you call or text (713-906-2221) prior to your appointment time and give the reason for your cancelation.  Please give make-up time/day of your choice, within 3 days of appointment.

Policy on Insurance 

• Clayton Lee Counseling Services does not accept insurance.

• If you wish to file with your insurance company, we will provide you with documentation that may be required for your possible reimbursement.

• No warranty or promise is made or implied that you will or will not be reimbursed by your insurance company for our services.

• Please note: We are paid directly by our clients, before or at time of service, not by insurance companies.
