Meditation, hypnosis, guided visualization, having someone compassionate and nonjudgmental to talk with are all effective methods for reducing stress, even when other methods may have had little effect. Initial appointments for Stress Reduction sessions include assessment, conversation, guidance and practice of stress reduction techniques.
